FWIW I went down the reform//rework road. 30/40 is too big , .303 is exactly the correct diameter. I eventually bopught Bertram brass at $2.00/ea , and purchased dies from C&H .The dies were excellent , the Bertram brass was OK , but I annealed to keep it going

For someone that is not already hand loading , PPU 139gr. factory ammunition would be an excellent choice. I called Graf & Son , MO and made them aware of this situation. I recommended that they get PriviPartizan to make the stuff as they already make other obsolete rounds that have less sales potential , and they agreed. 30/40 is listed as Graf brass on their website , just not in stock-back order. ...
