The only stamp I've seen that was used by the Manila Depot was on a 1903 Springfield. They marked the stock on the left part of the wrist. It was marked with PODD in a rectangle with very squared off corners.

The photo of the house shows this house was highly modified over the years, maybe even moving the front door from North St. to County St. When I googled it, the North St. side of the house popped up.
