Re: Chargers, or lack there of...

Well that's good to hear. Sure don't want some RO to step up 'n say that it's some sort of space age as-salt speedy loader. ;)

Re: Chargers, or lack there of...

On a more serous note for a moment. Are these chargers governed by any CMP rules? I would hate to have a 'DQ" issued to me at the CMP Western Games this coming November. :(

Re: "Artillery Colts" came earlier than I thought

Gentlemen,
I once owned two(2) of the so called "Artillery Colt", but alas I sold them along with my remaining Krags. Now, I am the proud owner of one of the new repros. Very nice, but there are a few things that are not quite historically correct. But what the hey, my little darlin s...

+Original Krag bandoleer

Gentlemen:
One of my suppliers has notified me that he is about to start producing a US issue .30 bandoleer. No markings, and is has a web shoulder strap, tan in color, no cardboard inserts. Now way back I owned several original Krag bandoleers with all the markings.
I thought it would be ...

Re: brass charger

Gentleman;
Where can I obtain a brass charger for my M'98 krag rifle? I am planning to shoot at the CMP western games in Phoenix this November.
Thanks.

Re: Interesting Krag for sale on the CMP forums.

Gentlemen,
I recall seeing those guns at the old MGM auction many years ago. Prices were good until one looked down the barrel. They were sewer pipes! I personally knew one of their weapons personel, and he told me that when the weapons were returned to the studio, they were just returned to th...

Re: KRAG Sling (Repro) - pics added

AzMedic,
I received my P1887 rifle sling from Turner & Co. this past May. It is well worth waiting for, and the price was $99.25 including shipping. I have three(3) of there slings, and they are holding up very well.
Now rigging this pattern of sling is a real PAIN! Fortunately there i...
