I don't suppose you have a velocity reading for that load? Hornady manuals are extremely conservative with the Krag, 180gr projectiles. 10th edition states maximum charge is 35.1gr with a 2100 fps velocity for H4895. Is this a modern rifle load, or an antique load?

I have not slugged the bore.
I'm also not planning on adding another powder.
I have IMR 4064, Varget, and H4895.
Those powder are all cross compatible with my .308 & .223 rifles, so one of them will become my Krag powder.
