There is a three-piece cleaning rod and a small oiler in the butt stock compartment.

Thank you all for your comments, they are much appreciated! I also believe this carbine has been this way for many years, in other words has not been "tampered with" in recent years. The slightly broken handguard will remain on the carbine, I understand the difficulties in possibly repairi...
