Krag Collectors Association Forum

Thanks to all. You have confirmed my suspicions about the differences, very little, between the two as far as I would be concerned. My desire to start out with a sporter is cost and vision driven.

I am new to the Association, but have wanted a Krag for years and have decided the time is now. I am looking at two modified rifles at the moment one is a 94 and one is a 98.
