Culpeper, that certainly appears to be a righteous model 1898 (Dickson) Krag carbine sight. Are you gloating ... or did you misplace it in one of your 'bunkers'? I have rarer Krag sights, but have never wanted to 'pony up' $300, to buy a good model 1898 'three notch' carbine sight. Your photo shows...
