Rear sight does not have a micrometer type adjustment, the screw was adjusted to touch the top of the sight base so the elevation would return to zero when the staff was taken off for bolt removal. Not sure but IIRC the screw on my Redfield 102 was 4X40. That would give you about 3 1/2 inches per tu...

Krag Ammo

Contacted Winchester a few months ago about when to expect a "seasonal run" of ammo and brass. Per their reply it is scheduled for later this year but did not have an exact date. Just a heads up for those who don't reload, or need more brass.

If you are reloading for the rifle have you tried backing out your sizing die so you headspace on the shoulder and not the rim. The separation you are getting is from the case stretching in a loose chamber. If not sure how to set you die get a few 303 Brit cases and start with your die out at least ...

Decided to join as I just bought a sporterized 1894 Krag. Owned a Krag back in the late 60,s and enjoyed shooting it, although the barrel was toast.
