Re: Using 7.62 Russian Brass in Dane
. . . Are these cases only a one-shot deal and then scrap? .... Or do they holdup for a number of safe loadings? . . . I'm just curious about the longevity of this improvised brass, based on the experience of other KCA members. The nominal difference in base diameter is only about .013". Shoul...

Don't know if this will help, but here's the Pribilof list after OCR, fixing OCR errors, and re-formatting to single column. Those with direct access to the spreadsheet or database might be able to copy and paste from here, saving some typing - Serial numbers of United States magazine rifles, calibe...

Re: Best Bullet for Match Shooting (Not a 30-40 Question)
From a ballistic perspective, if both bullets show you equal grouping ability in calm conditions, the advantage of the 77-grain lies strictly in its better ability to resist a crosswind. To quantify this, a 55gr FMJBT at 3000 fps will drift about 5.2" at 200 yards in a 10mph crosswind while 77g...

The Nagant magazine doesn't use an en-bloc clip. Have you ever loaded a Mosin?macqnj107@aol.com wrote: ↑Fri Apr 08, 2022 2:00 pm. . .The Manlicher design, using an en-bloc clip that ejects from the bottom of the magazine after the last round is chambered, is another design that worked well with rimmed cartridges (Mosin-Nagant). . .

OK, here's a punch line - anybody know the (bad) joke?
