Re: Vithavuori for the 30-40

gentlemen,
I will start reloading 30-40 Krag ammo with S&B 180 gr FP bullets, an RP brass.
The Hornady #3075 RN bullets are expensive and hard to find here in France.
What is your brass length ?

Re: Drama Free Day at the Range

Very nice!
Is the leather stock extension destined to reduce the recoil or are you too tall? :D

Re: Trust Your Nose!

Sir,
Keep the old RWS primers as part of your collection!
Don't use them

Cat Man wrote: Thu Jun 18, 2020 12:40 am Has anyone ever looked at the Lee Enfield .22 cal tube insert device? Could that be made to fit a Krag with the rimmed 30-40 chamber, similar to the .303 rim.

Just spit ball'in.

And Yes, I have several .22 training rifles. US and Foreign models.
sorry to ask, what is this target?

Re: Vithavuori for the 30-40

Thanks!
Interestingly, I have the N140 available and N160 too.
Besides surprising the use of the very slow powder N160, I use it for my CG in 6,5X55.
In any case it's a good base, which I will study

Vithavuori for the 30-40

Hello
Does anyone have any reloading experience with Vithavuori powders for the 30-40 caliber?
It's not very easy finding IMR or Hodgdon powders in Europe.

Best regards
