I think a lot has to do with what part of the country you live in. I'm in R.I. on the Ct. border and have found powder ( imr 4350 and H4350) in both states with no problem.

Yeah I call BS. One of the first questions I ask my supposedly pro-2A local politicians when they come door to door or are hovering at local markets is what kind of firearm they own? They usually can't answer the question and blurt out they were in the military or some other sort.
