In search of Danish Krag parts!!!

Hello all,

As I quite often am, I am again looking for some Dane parts. I am in need of two extractors for the Danish Krag. I would also be interested in complete bolts if anyone were to have one or more of those.

Best regards,

Tom

Bob,

Sound fair. :) They are pretty amazing old guns and this one has a good story to go with it. Thanks!

I have specialty dies for it and use brass made from .45-70 brass, from Buffalo arms. I got dies from CH-4D, a bit pricey but very nice.
The...

Re: SN

Mike,

It is possible. If your gun is "letterable", which means it shows up on the list of known serial numbers, it just depends on how much and how detailed the information is on that gun. One gun I had lettered had only the information about the unit is was issued to. The other one...

Lettering of Krags

I have just recently had two Krags lettered by Frank Mallory at the SRS. There is a huge amount of information in the letters that is not available on the internet!!! One of the guns could only be linked to the company it was issued to, not directly to a soldier. That one has a packet of about 20 pa...
