We need a bit more information. Can you provide some pictures of the rifle, or a more complete description. Look at some pictures of the M1894 rifle and 1912 carbine and see if it look more like one than the other. What is the barrel length? Has it been "sporterized"?<br /><br />Yes, 6.5X5...

Where? I just looked on the CMP site and couldn't find them. Are they listed with the Krag rifles? Can you supply the URL?

A picture would help. It's worth whatever someone will pay for it. I've bought them for $300 and seen similar ones bid up to well over $1000 when two nuts get into a bidding war.
