Re: New Guy - My First Krag
Personally know next to nothing about the ins and outs of Krag rifles. Do know, very much like the looks of your Krag rifle. Restoration will be an educational experience. Read. Learn and proceed as you are able to find the needed parts. Do not hurry. For my part, bought a 1898 rifle a few years ago...

Re: 1898 Rifle project
Your project is coming along nicely!!! Very much enjoying the thread. Bore looks like it will give good results. Target shows nice round holes. Maybe consider using cast lead bullets sized for the bore. I have found Unique, Red Dot give excellent results in common service calibers. Take a look at Th...

Bean counter delight. Otherwise, what in the same hill is this abomination supposed to accomplish? My cow! Even the 1903 had "gallery practice cartridges" available for getting the shooting skills of servicemen up to snuff. JMHO. Sincerely. bruce.

Re: Woke Diversity Killed This Billionaire and His Titan Passengers!
Arrogant indifference to common expected standards of safety is the exact and precise cause of death to be noted beside the name of this now dead submersible owner and his customers. All in all, and entirely predictable result ... had he or anyone else paid attention to the submersible being used an...

Re: A Buffalo Newton
The American Rifleman Magazine had an article on the Buffalo Newton. I remember the photograph on the front cover. Might do a search and see if it turns up. Possibly helpful to your situation. Also The Rifle in America by Phil B. Sharpe has a chapter on the Newton rifle. HTH. Sincerely. bruce.

Victor justice. Dems are good with using the judicial system as a hit squad as long as they are the ones in control. Sincerely. bruce.
