Hey thanks butlersrangers for another set of eyes! Didn't even seen the faint "C" on the leafs until you pointed it out. Sorry for the big pics. Thought I shrank them enough before posting.

Very nice looking sight but the base looks like a 1898 base? One of the photos for the EBay listing shows the "C" on the wrong side. Should be on the left side not the right.
