is it possible or easier to find a complete gun that has a sewer pipe barrel and just buy it and swap the sewer pipe into the sporter and visa versa?

that is exactly what i thought. look at the pile of brass???? i wonder if the Maxim fired brass would be re loadable???

i still have some from a few years ago. winchester and federal marked 8.00 for twenty and some Peters .

since only a few make 30 40 anymore and only in batches or runs. what is the timeline usually observed when the mfgs ramp up and make some more?
