Anyone on god's green earth making forend replacements for Norwegian Model 1912 stocks?

I've looked carefully and have not found any info on sighting notches on the 1896 rear sight.<br /><br />Were they all the same? I did just that! Didn't know I had an ejector and ejector pin! How cool is that. Not sure I have a follower and only one follower spring. probably half a dozen triggers.

Anyone want to trade a trigger and spring for a safety?

I was at a shoot recently and bought a bag of Krag parts for 40 bucks. Couple of barn doors, firing pin and In the bag was a blot sans mainspring.<br /><br />I get all excited. Mainspring, shipping included, 10 bucks! Great thinks I.<br /><br />So I get the mainspring, 5 minutes later it's installed...

Will an 1898 extractor fit and function properly in an 1892 bolt sleeve?

I have an 1892 bolt and sleeve with the screw but no extractor. 1898 extractors are 20 bucks 1892 extractors are 100 bucks or more.

Shooting the weekend before last I had a case separate at the neck.
