Re: Theodore Roosevelt Match
Just found out I have sick nephew in Texas. Liver issues from immunotherapy. May have to bail on Camp Perry. If plans stand I'll be up Saturday to check in and start shooting Sunday at the Oliver Perry Squaded match.

Looking for a single to pair up with for Vintage Sniper if anyone knows...

I'm up on Catawba with wife in tow. Her first trip, so it'll be interesting to see how much this trip costs me. ::)

Camp Perry 2017
Got my registration confirmation back. Housing confirmed. 10 matches over 11 days. Starts with Oliver Hazard Perry Match and ends with Roosevelt Match. Doesn't get much better than this.

Re: KRAG BRASS
Got my Graf brass in today from Buffalo Arms. Like others said, it is a slightly heavier case than the Remington brass I have. The rim is thicker too.

My bolt closes easily on an empty new Remington case. The Graf takes a little bit of more effort. Theoretically, running the new brass th...

Gun Store Find
So, up in Maine for a class. Stopped in a gun store and found an 1898 Krag with faint 1902 cartouche (faint in that the wood was refinished and shiny finish just about filled in the cartouche). Butt stock was shined up to remove rust/patina. >:(

1902 rear sight, bore looks good and bolt l...
