Yes I agree, the number range would be excessive as well as the space between the end of the serial number and a number possibly hidden under the peep sight. Because of Biden's open time travel policies I had to shut down my Time Tunnel. I was having problems with illegal time travelers and especially Time Bandits!

Hello SFCRayT and welcome to the KCA. The inside of the butt plate trap door is stamped with Springfield inspector/worker marks that should match the marks on the reverse side of the butt plate.
