Keep FredC in your Prayers.

Post by butlersrangers »

FredC, our Resident Machinist, Texas 'night hunter', friend and frequent contributor, has experienced a great loss.

His wife passed away Thursday, after a long period of ill health and suffering.

Please keep Fred and his departed wife in your thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for your kind expressions.
This morning I saw a friend that lost his wife about 2 months ago. The first thing he asked me was "how are you sleeping?", well it has been only been 2 days. So the first night I think I slept 3 hours, last night was better it think about 6 hours. Too soon to know how I will do. Another friend offered to help me, I jokingly said "you could spray my cows for flies next week". He and his daughter said OK. They were serious, but I told them if I took a couple weeks off and sat around I would probably get stiff and would not be able to work after that, but thanks for the offer. I have good friends here and on KCA.
I worked on the ranch this afternoon and had to turn off the irrigation a few minutes ago. Took a couple photos that I will post on the other thread.

Thanks again.

Very sorry for your loss. My first wife passed in 1997, so I've been in your shoes - not fun, the passage of time will help, some.
