Antiques From Frankford Arsenal

Post by Culpeper »

I was out and about today and stopped at a wayside antiques mall. During my meanderings I spotted a small box that had .30-06 cases on brass stripper clips. What caught my eye was, with the exception of two pieces, they all had a grey look to them. So I said the heck with it and picked them up. All of them were FA brass. I have not looked at all of the head stamps but the ones I did were dated from FA 1 05 to FA 10 08. The two brass colored pieces are FA 4 07 and are blank cartridges with the crimp for red disk blanks like the Legionnaires use or formerly used. There are fifty-five cases in total.
