This Tourbon ebay purchase, (on lower Krag in photo), arrived yesterday and gets a try at the next Range Session.
Shooting a Krag with a scope or 'no-drill' peep-sight, often gives me a stiff-neck.
The higher 'sighting plane' raises my head and ruins having a good 'cheek-weld'. Muscle fatigue sets in and my position gets less steady.
This $32 dollar investment looks decent and sights real nice with a high 'peep'-sight and seems helpful with a scope.
(The downside is that it is made in China).
