I don't believe such a work exists.

Frank Mallory ("The Krag Rifle Story") and William Brophy ("The Krag Rifle"), both put content in a chapter in their books, discussing unofficial Krags and products of Bannerman, Stokes-Kirk, and others.
In addition to being interesting items, the authors wanted arms students and collectors aware of the the peculiarities and origin of these non-standard Krags.

A lot of Bannerman and Stokes-Kirk catalog material, original and reprinted, survives or is currently available. This is good source information on the products these concerns were selling in various periods.
