1898 Krag info

Hello I got this rifle at a gun show and I'm just looking for some info, by the bolt there is a 4 then under that is M.N. and by the butt plate is a rack number I think A 25 then on top of the P mark is number 64 plus a 1902 stamp. I was told that is a Minnesote National Guard gun any info or web site would help Thanks
