Does anyone know how to contract one, William E. Schepner, Erie, PA.
I purchased a Krag barrel/receiver from him with the understanding that it could be returned if not original. The barrel was not original so the items were returned for refund.
The barrel/receiver group was accepted on return and NO refund was made. He has an unlisted telephone number, would not accept a registered letter and will not responde to Emails.
FWIW: He has a nice looking Krag rifle stock for sale on Ebay, GO: KRAG so I know that he is still in business.
