Any reference on s/n 211782, a rifle with 1898 cartouche and 1901 sight? Thanks much for doing this forum

Sorry, but 211782 doesn't show up. However in the listings it falls between 211756 & 211793, both of which were used by Co. B, 42nd USV Infantry in 1899.
