Not sure if this video has been discussed before... but it came up in my queue yesterday so I watched it. I pert-near had a heart attack watching this guy disassemble the thing. I actually posted a comment about how he removed the hand guard!

The guy has quite the following on a lot of surplus gun forums. He does and says a lot of stuff that makes me cringe.
I can't comprehend why he didn't initially clean the wood with mineral spirits or turpentine. (Ugh ... Brake Cleaner)!
I would have soaked all the metal bits in kerosene for hours or days before cleanup.
He does have some skills, but I think he's overrated and a showman.
The front-sight and muzzle crown showed KCA participants, immediately, that this was a cut-down rifle in a carbine stock.
He does admit that he knows little about the Krag.
I don't understand firing a Krag "with a silver bore" wildly into the ground!
