Possibly. I am used to seeing commercial 30/40 having round nose bullets. Some do look like round nose, but I think there are some spitzers in there also. The photo sure is fuzzy. I would want to see some headstamps. They sure have a pile of it!

The rims appear to have a beveled edge. I don't see any spitzer tips.
The case necks look rather long, so the rounds are likely .30-40 Krag.

I hope to see Remington 30-40 Krag available soon — Remington stated they would be making a run this year.

Looks like a long neck and short bullet. You sure it’s not 30-30?

It could be .30-30 Winchester.
