I agree with Culpeper, the CMP is the only entity that I am aware of, that fits the Criterion barrels and mounts a Krag front-sight, routinely.

I have taken off and installed a few original U.S. Krag barrels, but, would never do this work for others.
(Also, I don't have the skill set to mount an original looking front-sight base).

I am sure a competent gunsmith, with real traditional experience, correct tools, and a knowledge of Krags, could easily do your job.
It is mighty difficult to find these guys, nowadays. (Like 'Chuck in Denver', many have retired).

Criterion Krag barrels appear to have a 'flange', around the chamber mouth, that has to be 'reduced' in order to adjust the case-rim headspace dimension.

Attached photos show my barrel-vise and an action-adapter (that is used with a large pipe wrench) and copper mallet, to dismount and install Krag barrels.
