Roosevelt Match

Post by TexTenn59 »

Ventured over to Talladega for the CMP D Day matches. Managed a bronze, could have been a silver if I hadn't dropped one outside the 5-ring in standing,,,if, if ,if.... Good practice for Camp Perry. Between now and then I'll concentrate on dry firing and shooting standing.

See you at Camp Perry!

Congratulations on your Good Shooting and Placing, at the Talladega CMP D-Day Matches!

What rifle and load were you shooting?

Used 1900 stock dated Krag. 220gn Sierra round nose over 39.9gr 4350. My Krag will not feed spitzer bullets without jamming.

Thanks to Paul, reload with stripper clip went smooth!
