More wildlife photos from the house. The first photo was from the door with my arm stuck out. Did not want the glass in the way. Five of the ten deer shown. The water trough is less than 50 feet from the door.

Not all is wonderful with having wildlife close by.

Second photo is why they have been described as rats with antlers. New tire on the 6030, less than 40 hours on the set. Cost $900.000 per tire plus $1500.00 installation. GRRR!!!

Need to make more Bambi burgers but the state of Texas keeps tying my hnads. GRRR!!!ImageImage

Deer are very destructive here in southeastern, Ohio also. They have killed off lots of my crops in the past. I had to build an 8 ft fence around my entire garden years ago because the 4 ft fence didn't keep the damn deer out!

And we have some people in our city who ffed them and think they're soooo cute.

And accidents are quite common with deer running out in the roads. My wife has had two hit her van driving kids around. Not cheap!

Oh, well. C'est La Vie!

Your wife is not the only one. Good thing I do not drink coffee, it would have been all over the keyboard!

Rained pretty hard last night. Those are low clouds in the background (not hills). Second fence is about 75 yards from the front door. I killed 2 coyotes from the doorway when we growing peanuts. The only wildlife that did not eat peanuts were the bobcats and one mountain lion seen in that field.

Small lens on the phone makes everything seem a lot further away.
