+1 Parashooter. That is How I learned to remove the Kag bolt when I was about 11 or 12.

Thanks for slowing it down.

Is that a 'stop-watch' in your left hand?

(If I tried that, at a gun-show or in my basement, I'd hurt somebody or spend the day looking for the Bolt! I'm not that fast or coordinated, anymore).

1. Camera remote control.
2. No need for speed. Once bolt is fully rotated, remove at leisure.

If your fingers are wimpy, try the handle of an old toothbrush.

My fingers are wimpy and pruny, too. Come to think of it, most of my muscles are misbehaving similarly. I'll try a couple of tooth brushes..I only have old ones.

Some Krag Extractors are stiffer than others and require more effort.
