Rice sight

My latest sporter arrived today. The rear 'Rice' sight allows bolt removal. Does anyone know if there was a tension device on the windage adjustment? As it is now, I must thumb the windage to shoot it with any accuracy after each shot. No problem with the elevation, Thanks.

Kragkid, mine has set screws on each side to adjust and lock it horizontaly.

Thanks Ned. After getting my head out I finally got my eye"loup" and checked the edge of the right adjusting tab. It has failed, gone, with the typical crystaline edge of fatigue failure. My son is having a Rice copy made, machined, instead of sheet. Thanks for your input.
