load with imr-4198

does anyone have a good 30-40 load, using IMR-4198 with a 220 grn. lrn. I have been using 11-13 grns. of unique with o.k. results. I want to keep preasure down and recoil mild to medium. just plinking and target shooting. rifles 100 yrs. old so I don't want to get to hot a load. no gas check.
