COMPONENTS FOUND ON 1898 CARBINE
I wonder if anyone has thoughts on these components being found on my 1898 carbine, serial number 119418(3)?
Would this rifle have left government service with these components?

Gate: incorrect.
Extractor: since it correctly has the hold-open pin, not a problem.
