I have a Norwegian Krag with these barrel markings.
Any idea what they are?

If you email your pic to this Kongsburg site, they might know something. info@kvf.no

My 1944 Stomperud barrel has the JJ on it. In some of the pics of barrel marking I see on their site, they have identified the inspector, but I've not found JJ.

I sent an email with pictures to the address that you supplied and waiting for reply.

Thanks again for your help.

Sure, if the tell you who JJ was let me know. Their website isn't easy to navigate if you don't know Norwegian, but here it is: http://www.kvf.no/

I received a reply from Kongsburg.
They didn't have any info on the inspector JJ as that info has been lost.
I'll post their response later.

Any idea where I can find an original or replacement upper hand guard with metal for the M1894 long?
Were the hand guards also numbers matched?
