1stazmilitia's mock carbine pics

Post by butlersrangers »

A member asked for help in posting pictures of his "carbine" for feedback.

(It certainly appears to be model 1898 rifle that is cut-down and put in a model 1899 carbine stock. The front sight is not Springfield Armory work).

Should be a fun shooter:ImageImageImageImageImage

More 'mock' carbine pics. The rear sight is a m-1896 rifle sight:ImageImageImage

Not a bad looking (mock) carbine! So long as no one tries to pass it off as real, it should be fun to play with... and maybe bag a Deer or two!

I wish I had that nice 1901 Cartouche carbine stock.
