Theyre bigger than that and when you fall asleep they absorb you and then become you. Yuk. Spoiler alert.. old 50s sf movie with anti commie overtones. Better dead than red but socialism is ok.Image

Omega Man was great... but I prefer Soylent Green! Now, when are they going to start feeding us those weird looking Soylent crackers? BTW, in Soylent Green, food and supplies are hoarded. Sound familiar?

Back to Basics - Food, Survival, and ...

Have you ever seen "A Boy and His Dog" (1975 Sci-Fi pic) staring young Don Johnson and Jason Robards. Set in a post-apocalyptic 2024 world. It's different!Image

A great sci-fi post apocalyptic end of the world dog and his boy film. The dog is smarter than Johnson and telepathic. Loved it.

I think we should all watch "My Side of the Mountain"... and then we should all head to the hills and live like Thoreau!

I loved that book when I was a kid.

Always loved the outdoors and camping.

I was dumbfounded to read, in "Walden Pond" him saying something about "going over to friend Hosmers". Not terribly strange since the area is spot on, but interesting.
