This promotional card must date around 1930.

The Balboa address was the home address of Walter Joseph Sutton in the 1930 U.S. Census. He is the Gentleman who patented the Pacific K1, 'no-drill sight', for the Krag.Image

IRC they made a couple models for the Enfield, one as shown and another that required only the ears cut off. The sight mounted in the original dovetail. I might have one of the ones pictured, did at one time anyway.
