Just got a Krag, my first one since shooting my grand dad's as a kid. It's a dog... sporterized to death but seems to shoot well. Thanks for letting me join.

Let me welcome you to the forum... and to the wonderful world of Krags! We're a great bunch her, with lots of great help and advice! We'd love to see some pictures of your Krag. Sporters can be great shooters... tons of fun! But let me warn you - Krags seem to multiply!

Welcome. I am the custodian of two. Krag multiplication is probably a function of the cube root of your checking account. And if you are a diligent purist, the number is somehow related to the cube root of the number of original samples of the variant you are chasing.
