Howcum youse guys can do it and I can't?? :-)

I'm thinkin' you mistakenly hit the "caps lock" key on the extreme left side of your keyboard.

Being just above the "shift" key, it's an all-to-common mistake.

Then, when you WANT to use caps, it won't let you!

Done it a lot myself! --Jim

No, he wasn't typing all caps. He was pasting a link that has a bunch of them and the silly nannyware wouldn't let him post it.

(Nanny doesn't let me do it either, not today anyway.)

Forum moderation controls have been updated to allow 'All Caps' in posts. The default forum rule for All Caps was limited to '6' consecutive capitalized letters. The original rule was designed to protect the forum from spam that is usually computer generated (helping to differentiate between computer generated posts and user generated content). This should no longer pose a serious concern as there are other spam prevention methods in place to help mitigate the majority of the spam posts.

To Ned: Thanks, I knew you could do it!
To Chuck: Gobble, etc.
To Para: Thanks for your support!

Interesting tripping point - and, none of the earlier messages had more then six consecutive caps.

I know it has been a while... for clarity, the 'ALL CAPS' rule was enabled on URL's and hyperlinks containing 6 consecutive capital letters. The rule should not have had any impact on plain text posts.

I learn a little more about Krags every day!
