Thanks to all who worked long and hard to bring the KCA forum back to life!

Here's the text of the e-mail I received today -

Dear fellow Krag enthusiasts,
Thank you for your patience during our transition to a new forum platform.
Current circumstances have made this process stretch out longer than
anticipated but we are finally ready to “go live”!!
All existing users will need to reset the password associated with their
account to begin using the new forum platform.
Please follow the instructions outlined below to begin using the new
format. Any questions, concerns and/or suggestions can be posted in the
“ChitChat” board within the new forum or emailed/messaged directly to our
team.
Again, thank you for your patience,

KCA admins

1. Navigate to the forum:
a. www.kragcollectorsassociation.org
b. Click on 'Forum'
2. Select: "Login" and then click on 'I forgot my password'
3. Enter your email address and click 'Submit'
a. This is the email address associated with your KCA Forum account - the
same email address you have received this communication at.
4. You will receive the following message:
a. If your account exists, a password reset link was sent to your
registered email address. If you do not receive an email, it may be because
you are banned, your account is not activated, you have requested multiple
password resets within a short time frame, or you are not allowed to change
your password. Contact an administrator if any of those reasons apply.
Also, please check your spam filter.
5. Click 'Return to the index page'
6. Check your email for a password reset message.
a. Click the link in the message
7. Create a new password
8. Log in
a. It is important to note your username for the new forum will be listed
in the email you receive. This is your screen name from the old forum, NOT
what the old forum classified as your ‘user ID’.
b. select ‘Login’
c. Enter your username and new password.
9. Enjoy the forum

I can confirm the forum 'is back'. While there are still some tweaks required we did not want to delay any longer. Thanks for being patient while we worked our way through the conversion.

How do you post a new thread or topic? I don't see the button to click??

I have, obviously, found how to reply to a post but not how to post a new topic.

Under the "sub forum" title ie Chit Chat you should find the New Topic button
