best place to get a new barrel and get it installed???

thanks fredc yes i know as i said i have been reloading 7.62X54R which is similar in size but much higher pressure. i think the guy was using wheel weight
alloy in this rifle and no wad or cap covering the base of the bullets. the barrel seams good maybe even very good. thee 23.5" barrel length made me think its been set back and re-chambered. so im just neck sizing and going from there. i have my 7.62X54R set up pretty good and its shooting 1.5" at 100 yds pretty common now. ill keep you guys posted on whats going on with it. i have plenty of of time next week to fool with this.
