The POA was the base of the black circle target at 6 o'clock.

Did you notice un-burned powder grains in the bore or black soot on your fired brass?

Yes, there was a bit soot on the neck of the case, but this is very common by using Vihtavuori slow powder as I have already seen on my swedish mauser.
The neck expansion is however good, and no residual unburned powder in the bore.
