New reading material
I have been trying to find a copy of this, and then a copy that I could afford for a long time now. My wife got it for me for Christmas!!

New to me also. How about a book report?
Just ran it through ABE, a used book site. There are a couple of originals available, < $90. There are multiple print-on-demand copies available for more than $100. My experience as a book collector is to avoid print-on-demand if possible. Usually, someone has scanned an original and ran the scanned files through a printer. Some of them appear to come from India or other cheap labor places.

You can do those things. Or you could contact the author and thank him for a fine book and see if he has any leftover unsold books from fifty years ago. Or you could go here
