.. I buy Krag stocks on Ebay and refinish them and resell them ... I do look for Krag stocks that need a lot of work and buy them if they are cheep ... These are two I bought one someone had tried to refinish it and the other one was very nice although was missing the end cap ... I notched one piece of wood out glued it to another piece of wood then clamped it to another piece and used a 3/4 inch drill to drill out the center and finished by sanding it out using a piece of sand paper raped around a gun barrel ...
