Guess that Cartridge

There are seven cartridge cases in the photo. You must guess what is the original name of each one. What you see may be a real cartridge case or it may be a modified case for other than the original head stamp. The count is from left to right.

OK, but not much confidence in some of these:
.30 US Army (.30/40 Krag)
7.62 NATO (.308 Win.)
.240 Weatherby Magnum
6mm USN (Lee Navy)
.257 Roberts
.256 Newton
.30 Newton
It may help to tweak image tilt/perspective and add some horizontal lines -

Maybe some grid lines will reveal if there's a .007" difference between #5 and #6 neck diameter?

#4 is maybe a .256 Newton?
#5 is maybe a 7x57?
#6 is a .270 Winchester
#7 is a .35 Newton
