Bizarre crime incident, lock your vehicle when aiding accident victims!

Bizarre was in the headline on the local newspaper. Certainly was accurate.
1. Started with reports of a woman ransacking a vehicle
2. Witnesses see the same woman drop a baby then fall on it.
3 Witness go to help and while helping the baby, the woman drives off in the company truck
4 Woman crashes the company truck into an emergency services building
5 Mon and daughter stop and try to render aid , they can not find anyone to help and turn around to see the tail lights of their vehicle disappear.
6 The new stolen vehicle is crashed into several law enforcement vehicles in an evasion effort
Moral of the story is lock your vehicle and have the keys in your pocket before attempting to aid an accident victim.
