How does music help you in life?

To me... music IS life!!! Music is intertwined into every facet of my life, from my first record (a Banana Splits 45 when I was 5 years old), to the album my band released last year (our first record, even though we've been playing together off and on for 30 plus years), music plays a part into everthing for me!!!

To explain, I am going on #30 and 31 spine procedure and during the first few years of my granddaughter's life I was stuck home and she stayed with me. As a result a strong bond was formed.

She has grabbed onto the song remember me from coco... so much so she calls me by video near every night to sing it to me and make sure I'm wearing our matching guitar necklace.

Still, yes, music is very important to me... and if I could get away with it, I would have loudspeakers blasting "Ride of the Valkyries" while I'm shooting at Camp Perry!!!
