Has anyone here ever purchased a stock from “Prestigious Wood Stocks”? They are a Canadian company. Just wondering how they were to deal with and the quality of the product?? Dave

I believe 'POHO' used two Prestigious U.S. model 1898 stocks & handguards, for Krag restorations that he has put together.

IIRC - The stocks and handguards are very nice walnut wood, but, required a lot of hand-fitting and inletting of parts.

You can try using the KCA 'search tab' and enter "Prestigious" to find some of this KCA content and discussions.

Looking on the internet, it appears Prestigious Wood Products currently has the Norwegian model-1912 (Karabin) stock (replica) and handguard on sale.
If you need a Norwegian m-1894 rifle stock, you may need to call them, to find out if it is actually made and available.

The Prestigious photographs of their offerings look quite nice.

Hmm .... Canadian, eh! ... You better act before all the trees burn up!

If I was restoring a Norwegian 1912 Karabin, the Prestigious stock would be my choice.

If I needed wood for a Norwegian model 1894, there is a decent looking one on eBay.
